Not agreed. You can't take creating backlinks as black hat technique. It is a white hat technique if used wisely. A couple of high quality links from trusted websites helps in building trust and faith on your brand or business.

Yes, the links can be ignored, but I believe link building still make a difference. However, needs to change the approach of link building.

Yes. But it depends on your chosen niche and keyword competition. But it is in rare, that I think.

We have plenty of inner pages that rank for long tails without any direct links. The main site has links to the home page and category pages, though, so that helps those rank.

i thought one bro mention his site get nature back link ? And everyday he managed to get 4k view out of nothing as his site naturally been backlink . Some even say look at some female blogger , they don't even know what is SEO , backlinks etc yet their blog can daily get lots of traffic. " well perhaps they use some sexy photo of themselves etc this people will tend to share , daily go visit their sites " I do know some BW bro lol purposely use some sexy girls photo as profile in their blog to attract male visitors

Just launched a site less than 48 hours ago. Content is pretty robust, with good on page signals and optimization. The site is also mobile friendly, https, and has above average load times. Zero links and it ranks on page 1 for some low competition teams above or slightly below some very high authority and relevant sites.
After some more content, time, and links it should be even better.

well for new site very fast get index and traffic come. I still remember last year dec , My domain actually getting one year old , i just change the theme , overhaul all stuffs on my site , means I revamp it just like new site but still on same domain, also get index fast , traffic come fast but as time go it seem drip down once a while up than down ...

My niche site that blew up and made a few $750/days without any links at all were really easy. Put my full-time writer to write 25k words and that was it from my side. The authority site I've put roughly $4K into is currently making me about $850/mo, that's almost 1/4 of the initial investment, was also fairly easy (some time spent on writing article instructions though). It got no built links at all either
