What do you mean by " Ranking ", does that mean " Liking " perhaps ?

Get them to the top of the comments under a Facebook post. I'm looking for someone who can successfully do that without getting the comments ghosted. Ideally someone who is doing it now for their own purposes and I will pay accordingly to make it worth their while.

Try contacting Anon Leo. He has a BST about Facebook likes and have shared a method about Facebook comment ranking as well.
