Can you raise Alexa Rank?

I need to raise my site's Alexa rank to 100k or below, US traffic (not Malaysia etc.) within a months.

You can raise Alexa rank, but 99% of it is useless if you don't have the coupled stats with Google Analytics and you are using them to try and flip your site.

I have already contacted proposed provider, but his prices are pretty expensive considering the fact I have to get buy service every months.

Raise your alexa by sending fake traffic, add your site to several traffic exchange sites.
