According to Google's T&C .. u cannot links to commercial adult sites

But many ppl post links to their porn blogs .. I've been quite out of touch with G+ now .. those people been banning and unbanning my page for kicks .. seriously .. I feel G+ is a joke .. FB is a better option if you wanna do porn or porn related stuff .. and get a few FB accts and make them all managers

When G+ suspend, they only suspend the page. So you can post/create other pages
When FB suspend, they suspend you from posting .. so u cannot post in page/timeline/groups/PMs etc

Well that's at least what they do until they decide to finally ban your account completely.

Also .. if you post sexy photos in G+/FB .. be more conservative ..

Showing a see-thru-the-dress nipp1eis as guilty as showing a completely exposed one
Showing a bare 4ss is a straight fail
Showing a full boob incl the nipple is a death sentence
Showing almost b0 obs minus the nipp1e will depend on the algorithm/moderator
G+ runs algorithms to detect these.. I've got images banned immediate after I uploaded .. those guys are really intelligent!
