Hi there... i am a newbie in PPD program..
i joined Cleanfiles recommended by a user but i am seeing CF making fraud to me..
Yesterday one od my friend complete a offer, it was a signup offer.
After Signup he wait a few minutes but download not started then he closed that window, not started download..
Now Can You tell me what's wrong with my friend??

Try Adword Media or Fileice, these two are best.
 
I've been using Cleanfiles for 3 weeks. Got payment right on times. Weekly payments is nice and have had pretty good EPC.

I haven't tried Fileice ice though. You might be able to get a few more bucks with AWM, but they are also more strict since they are CPA.
 
Cleanfiles is working fine for me... among others, including sharecash.
 
you might want to try media-kings, they pay per install

daily i received more then 10 clicks but not any downloads.. its mean offers are completing but CF is not counting any downloads...
am i right or wrong??

i think your friend dint complete the offer properly.

everything is fine with cleanfiles.
I made few sales there.

you can try fileice or adwordmedia.

Click =/= Download. And how do you know the offers are completeing, are you filling them yourself ? If so then ask yourself what proxies/VPN are you using. If you are using public proxies or HMA or what ever. Then do take into account that 99% of those IPS have already been used for downloading, so they will not register.
It is not about the PPD it is about the "Advertiser". Sometimes it takes more than 4 surveys to be filled before the offer gets credited. This is how the surveys/email submits work. And the sign ups ususally require the user to do some action before it credits. Same for installs.
Everything comes with an extra bagage. (on some occasions they do get completed faster, but it is rare as the amount of fraud is way too high so the advertisers compensate by creating loops)

So you are saying that this is the way the top 10 earns their money? (The guys that make 1000-2000 a day?)

What? Where did you see me saying anything about the top earners in ppd? Or where did i even imply something close to it?
I think you really should read my post again, or you should take some english classes to atleast understand, what the post was about.

No most of the top earners get their downloads from YT, FB virals or download sites.
Some are buying the downloads, but thats that.
