Nope you can't! The use of botted views/artificial views is just to rank or make your video popular. What to do rank your video to get natural views.
rank as in when people search it up on youtube right? How about to make it appear on people's recommended/suggested video tabs

Buying views and other engagements for ranking will appear on both youtube search, recommended/suggested
When I buy views, can I still monitzed the video? or should I turn off monetization, unlist the video, buy views then make it public? Or should I just leave it public and monitze?

You must turn off monetization while buying views . It will be safe for your youtube account. Once completed you can turn it on again

not from adsense for sure, but you can inflate the views you have in your videos and probably get some sponsorships like the pathetic fucks like LinusTechTips do.
