For example, I get a book, run all the text into AI-Voice Generator, and then use AI to create images for the background and chapters, but some background sound effects, and boom.

Will I run into copyright issues and become demonetized?

If the original owner want, there is chance to get copyright issues and become demonetized.

I understand, what if you just make some book up so that it looks like it was written by a very established writer, but you just had chatgpt write you a similar a version. for example, you put in rich dad poor dad, and then tell chatgpt to make you a similar version of this book from the perspective and then give the author traits that you want.

you are on to something here. just spam copycat books bootleg them. pretty untapped niche as far as ai goes.

Here is my idea, I want to basically have ChatGPT rewrite 1984, then create the audiobook. How would I be able to take advantage of the search results of 1984 audiobook without getting copyrighted?
 
Another brilliant idea using AI! ))) What if you create a channel with brief summaries of popular books? Maybe that won't infringe on copyright. Just think about the visual aspect if you decide to publish it on YouTube
 
sounds good , doesn't work, first you'll need a high quality text to speech voice and the best ones won't allow you to use full book to generte an audio for it !
 
The YouTube algorithm might not detect it as copyright infringement, but as the author of the book, I will be pleased that my book has received a lively creation. That is the generous portion of a man speaking.

If you take a book, turn its text into audio using AI, and create images with AI, you could run into copyright problems and risk demonetization. To be safe, make sure you have the right permissions for the original content to avoid any legal issues. I've seen many attempts ruined by spammers this way.
