I'm not even interested in manipulating it to get US viewers or something, I just want to know will it shadow ban me if I create account from my personal computer and upload videos from there?

I don't know why, but TikTok don't perform well when you upload videos on pc. And I'm not the only person who tried and found that it works much better on mobile.

You can hire someone to do that for you, I don't think it would be hard to partner with someone for that.

Even legit uploads from desktop often get weaker reach, just because the system expects mobile signals, things like touch interaction, device sensors, even how long you spend editing. If you're just posting occasionally, it's fine. But for real growth, mobile still performs better.

Yes, you can sign up and upload videos at TikTok.com or via their desktop app. TikTok won’t shadow-ban you just for using a PC. Your content will be treated the same as uploads from a phone.

I think if you use a desktop computer to register and upload your videos to Tiktok, the platform will not ban or block you for this reason, but to be able to optimize and develop the channel better, you should use your smartphone and pay attention to its algorithm such as the first 3 seconds or not, but images and words that violate. I will suggest to make from mobile only. They do not day anything about limited reach for pc uploaded content but still I think they like mobile uploads.
