My associate is up my a## because he spent 30k with an seo company and adwords over the past 2 months and he hasnt seen any revenue. The guy is literally willing to do anything to drive traffic to his website or pay for calls in his niche.

The guy above completely scammed me. I paid him $200 and received absolutely nothing in return. His name is ORLANDO SALDAÑA VELA and he apparently lives in Canada.

Let me give you some background information first. I am an entrepreneur trying to make it in the mobile app world. I have an app in development. Basically, this app uses Instagram and I was looking for someone to hire to code a bot. This bot would, theoretically, promote videos (or photos) I post on Instagram by sending them "likes." The more likes a video/photo gets, the more it spreads on this social media site. The idea was to post a promo video then promote it with likes.

Unfortunately, I found "CodingWorld2015" or "HandyDeveloper2015" who SAID he could code this bot for me. Orlando described exactly what he would do and we agreed on a price of $310. He asked me to send him the full amount so he could get started. He told me the project would only take 3-4 days. I asked, since it was my first time working with him, if I could do half now and half after my bot (virtual good, no shipping) was finished. Orlando then urged me to do $200 instead of half. I didn't think anything of it at the time. But now I see why he asked me to send him more upfront. He never planned on sending me anything! Basically weeks went by. He kept telling me he needed to run more tests. Then he stopped answering for several days. This is when I decided that I needed to file a dispute with Paypal.

Next, I got an email saying that Paypal cannot rule in my favor because the buyer sent you "shipment tracking information." There is no shipment tracking information. It is a digital good that was never delivered. He obviously has experience ripping people off.

I have Skype chat logs to back up my ENTIRE story. I will gladly post them. You can see him posting his Skype handle all over thisforum, seeking more people to rip off. His account is only a couple months old. I should have known better. Please do not fall for this like I did.

If you post in shitlist section with proof you can get users banned if they really are scammers.
