Can you make money with a coupon website?

Every time I make a purchase I search for a discount coupon beforehand. I imagine these are affiliate coupons that get the creator commission. I also imagine a lot of these websites make all of their own coupons to get all of the commission themselves.

How profitable are these websites to create?

Yes. But it's damn competitive. You need literally heavy off-page and PR to rock and shine your stone.

How are you going to beat the ranking sites already there. Some are even well funded companies backed by big investors. Do you have the capital and resources to fight against them?
