If I were to create a YouTube video promoting an affiliate product, could this sustain long-term income? Let me break that down further...

I am planning on creating a video based on creating a specific type of website. I will nonchalantly recommend BlueHost web hosting ($65 per signup, extreme earnings potential) and I will insert the direct shortened affiliate link into the YouTube video description (side question: do BlueHost/YouTube allow this).

I will optimize the video title, description, and tags. I will also use Fiverr on top of that to rank the video fairly easily.

This all sounds fine and dandy in theory, but I would like to get some opinions on this beforehand because it obviously won't be an efficient way to make income if I have to repeat the tedious process of making a video everytime. I'm looking for long term, passive income.

Yes it can be long term if you create a high quality videos reviewing products and also provide your website link basically link to written articles (Guides etc) also, with shorten url to product can help you to increase sales.
