I've been experimenting with Threads lately. I warm up the accounts by doing comments slowly so I can get a few followers, and I also post a couple of times per day. The thing is that sometimes I get banned for spam behaviour even though I only comment 5 times a day. I was wondering if it's possible to grow fast posting a lot of times during the day?

threads still green, limits fuzzy. 5 comments can trip if fresh accs or same style text. blasting posts won’t save u, just faster flag. safer growth = drip content, mix media, engage diff niches. scale only on aged accs, new ones need patience.

Slow posting plus commenting on other people’s Threads seems to trigger less anti-spam flags than posting aggressively.

On Threads right now, growth comes more from consistency + engagement quality than posting volume, so blasting many posts a day risks spam flags without giving much extra reach.

Better to focus on steady, natural activity than heavy posting that’s usually what keeps accounts safe and growing.

Growing only with posting, don't think so. Just posting content doesn't grow the account -- unless some post goes viral, you'll need to engage with other accounts in your niche.

On platforms like Threads, it’s less about how many posts you make and more about the patterns the system detects. Even 5 comments can trip filters if they look repetitive, get low engagement, or happen in bursts. Fast growth doesn’t usually come from volume posting—it comes from looking natural: mixing content types, spacing activity, engaging with real discussions, and letting the account build trust over time. Scale comes after the account has history, not at the start.

Yes, it is possible to grow an account by only posting on Threads, but it's crucial to focus on quality and authenticity over high frequency to avoid being flagged as spam

** try to:

- Post unique, engaging thoughts, and ask questions that encourage replies.
- Respond thoughtfully to comments and participate in conversations with other users.
- Aim for a steady schedule rather than a high volume of posts in a short time.

Yes thats fine, but keep in mind that you would need to change the meta data and hash of the videos if you plan on reposting repurposed content. If you just upload the post as is, the post may not get that high of a reach. If you change hash and meta data for the posts, then that will keep the accounts safe and get higher reach. Give that a go.

Just take everything slowly, don't spam. One step at a time, don't comment too much, don't choke the platform with thread every now and then, and make sure you are intentional about delivering value first

Posting more won’t guarantee growth focus on natural engagement, varied actions, and quality content to avoid bans and grow steadily.
