Can you make affiliate articles with WParticlefetch?

I am using the free WPArticlefetch plugin on my first autoblog, and I was wondering if I can fetch articles about products and then link a read more button to my affiliate link for the product. I think you can do it with WProbot, and I have heard it's also possible with WPArticle fetch, but I can't figure out how to do it, or if it's even possible.
