Can you make a website that automate uploads Amazon Products?

Is it safe to create a website which just populates thousands of Amazon products and sends users to their affiliate link? I can drive users to a website to click on the links, but I don't have any time to write unique content for each product. Can anyone advice?

it is possible but not advisable if you want to give value

Does it go against Amazon policy? Do you know a good tool I can use to do this

If you're copy pasting Amazon images and product descriptions and reviews, without adding anything of your own, then yes it goes against their policy.
