Can you make a 2nd white background for this forum?

Whenever I am reading this in public or in the university people think I am watching porn...

It would be really appreciated if you can add a feature to change the background colour from black to white.

There's already an option. Go to the footer, left hand side.

As @Rains and @NirvanaWolf have said, there's a link to change the default black theme to the white theme here on BHW in the footer.
