Can you log into Payeer?

So a few hours ago I tried logging into Payeer, and I'm not receiving the email verification code. I tried different proxies/countries and devices, and I never receive the email verification code.

Then I googled a bit and saw that they're having some issues. It seems they'll be stopping their services for EU and Russian countries, but I'm not in those countries.

Can you guys login to Payeer? More specifically, are you receiving the email verification code?

Man i tried everything. PC, mobile, different browsers, and i never receive the email verification code.

Brate I can't login since yesterday. The email verification code is not arriving. I'm using a self-hosted email address.

I saw on trustpilot someone wrote that they also aren't receiving the email verification code, and they use hotmail.

I'm mildly annoyed. Even though I read that Payeer is gonna stop offering services to Russian and EU customers. You also can't access Payeer with a USA IP, so they don't operate there either. But as you know, this should not be an issue for me, I don't reside in any of those countries. So why the fuck can't I log in? Ughhh

I'll give it a few more days, and if I still can't login, and no reply from support, I'll try their login recovery thing. I don't know what else to do.
 
same here bro no email code at all tried twice earlier looks like payeer’s having some internal issues nothing we can do but wait
 
yeah i’m facing the same problem the verification emails aren’t coming through seems like their mailing server is down or overloaded def not a proxy/device issue it’s on their side

Well, I'm glad I'm not alone. I use a self-hosted email, and some other guy I saw online has the same issue with hotmail.

Out of curiosity, which email providers do you guys use? Hotmail/Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo, self-hosted?

I thought about it, but I've been trying to login since before the Cloudflare thing started, so I don't think so. But who knows.
 
Got a reply from Payeer

"Please try again authorization, a new verification code will sent to your email (do not forget to check Spam/Filter folders)."

Of course, that doesn't help me. I've been trying since yesterday, tried probably over 20 times. I tried again just now, and no email.

I replied to them. Let's see what happens...
 
I still can't login, and I'm going back and forth with their support, which replies once every 24 hours at best.

How about you guys? Anyone managed to receive the email verification code and login?
 
Yes is normal i see same issue from time to time but usually work a bit latter they have some wierd issue

The codes started coming instead of instantly, like 2 minutes later, only change I see.
 
Okay, apparently my issue is Hostgator. Payeer replied to me with my mail server response, showing an error.

They told me to add their email and IP address to the whitelist.

But I cannot do this myself, so I'm on Hostgator support with either a human or a monkey, we'll see...
 
It turned into a massive pain in the ass. I'm gonna have to try and move my email elsewhere, to receive the Payeer code and login, and then I'll change my email in my payeer account, and switch everything back. I'm not sure if I'll manage honestly.

Apparently hostgator uses other services or whatever, and they're blocking the payeer IP, and hostgator can't do anything about it. Fuck!
 
So since hostgator fucked me, I moved my email thing to Namecheap and set up email forwarding. It works, but Payeer email still not arriving.

Now I'm trying Cloudflare.

Fuck me...
 
Well, fuck. I moved from Hostgator to Namecheap, and I still was not receiving. I added forwarding from Namecheap to Gmail, Yahoo and Mail.ru, and nothing arrived.

Then i moved my email thing to Cloudflare, and added forwarding to Gmail, and still nothing.

I was just about to give up, but then I added forwarding to Yandex. And voila, the Payeer login email arrived.

Jeeeeesus christ!

So anyway, now the long road back to getting things how they were before. Also to update my email in my Payeer account to Yandex mail.

And that's that. What a pain in my assholes...
