Can you index backlinks instantly by doing this?

if you create a new post that is empty, and you insert created backlinks and then save the teh post and upload it. Then go to google webmaster tools and fetch it and index it by choosing index post or page and links.

Will the backlnks get indexed because the page got indexed.

Someone Already tried this method and it worked. Try with small amount of links if you plan to do this.
