Can you help?

Hi all, i am looking for a website or piece of software that will turn some photos in to a video gallery that I can upload to youtube. I have found some but they all require subscriptions, of course I will pay for one if I need to, but with the internet being so big I thought there may be a free service with templates that I can simply upload the photos, a bit of text and HEYPRESTO...

At present I use After Effects with templates but its takes forever and a day.

Animoto is one option, but free animoto only creates videos in low definition. I was loking yesterday for something very simple that can create HD videos fast from pictures, downloaded Freemake Video Converter and it did the job fast and simple, however if you also need to add text, then I do not know if it can do that, but its great to create vids from pics superfast.
