Hi, I am planning to create a whole new website for my 2D and 3D animation company. Basically we provide promotional business animations. So I need your help with content strategy. How should be my landing page. What should be my first screen and any other valuable tips.

I would recommend you to have a value proposition on your site, a call to action above the fold, some clients you have worked with (as well as their testimonials), maybe some kind of examples of animations and a contact field at the end (or on another side).

Something animated, or even an attention grabbing photo of an animated character you create/created that represents your brand

I would suggest an embedded video (leading to your YouTube channel for example) containing some of your works or what your business is all about (animation like you said) That would be cool & attract the users' attention as soon as they hit your website
If i were you i'd put it in the highest place in your website so to make sure any visitor can see it FIRST.
