I am currently trying to sell a niche site and am trying DP and SitePoint. If anyone is good at selling sites such as this then I would really love to chat with you.

If you post the url, perhaps people here might have some specific suggestions on how to present it, what features to point out in the sales copy, etc.

Is it an adsense etc site? cpa offers? ebook?

If your site is bringing money on a monthly basis, you could multiply that monthly earning by 12 as a starting point.

Try throwing some traffic at the site, that way you can mention the number of visitors you received in the last week. I'll be artificially inflated of course, but hey, it's DP after all.....
