Hello I am trying to send mass emails to spam box I can send about 100k each server I have with linode. I am heating servers. In 3 days, I can send daily 1-2 million with servers I have. But I hardly get clicks from these emails, open rates is looking good if its true but clicks very rare It must be 5-10 clicks for each 1k email but I hardly get this click rate. Sometimes 1-2 email for each 10k emails. So can you help me please? (I sent hotmail and to junk box)

Let me know the open rate - and no matter how many emails you are sending to, its always the title and subject lines you choose that matters the most. If its perfect, you will get open rates and click rates way more than before.
 
The quality of the email list matters a lot
Did you scrape them from public sources?

You said that your open rate is good!

If you're open rate is good, it means your subject line is relevant to the audience.

Now, is your email copy relevant to your subject or different from the topic of your subject?

Verify your email copy and make it relevant to your audience.

Maybe you just write a subject that hook them to open, but when they open it's totally a different topic.

Make sure your subject is about what you're offering.

These are just assumptions based on what you said.

Use a different domain, subjects, senderID, etc for every 200 mail sent. Or at least rotate them. Your server is definitely flagged now.

He said that he have a good open rate with a very low click rate which means server, domain.... are good.
