Can you help a file mirroring site get a kickstart? I'll pay

I'm launching a file mirroring website and need help getting it rolling. If you are an experienced uploader or have had previous experience with a similar website let me know. PM me with what you can do for me as well as your price.

I own a free file hosting website i would give up
custom script + a very good domain name to start with.

I assume that you already have the site, right? Well, I would look for some people on very popular forums that upload files likee movies, songs, dvd's, pdf's, whatever. Contact them offering some money to upload the files in your site and that they should give some positive comment about your site. Something like: "this site is better than rapidshit because it doesn't make you wait or because it makes multiple mirrors"
