i've been asking these to the forum but no one answers i maybe you guys can help me

He goes to all sorts of trouble to come up with a "good" seed for the random number generator, then calls the crappy/slow rand() instead of mt_rand()? :-/

You'd paste it where the code that renders the list of online users is.

Yeah, just my 2c, but I don't think faking the number of online people would attract new members, but rather the quality of the information offered.
