Can you guys help?

Hello everyone, i want to start a WordPress website and i need some help with this idea, i want my website to show only one opened article in the home page and at the bottom of the article i want to be a next button when people click it they jump to a random post of my other posts i hope you guys got me
please if there is any plugin or script help me & thanks
