Hello, i do not have a mail list and i would like to promote some affiliate stuffs.. i don't know from where to start, can someone give me some tips? Like: how to get emails (niche related) and get growing the list?
Which services or software to use without spamming or get blacklisted?

You can use the ebook which has more interesting stuff that is a needy stuff to the viewers. While downloading it, use signup process to collect the email address of the visitors.
Also use any subscription plugin where the viewers give their mail ID and subscribe your site.
