Can you get sued for email spam?

For example, if I used atomic mail sender, I include my address, and atomic mail sender bans me for spam.
Will they sue me?

Can I make another account with atomic mail sender and re use the same address?

Depends on where you live I guess. In Germany they can definitely sue you.
I don't know about US law, though.

in germany they will use you for whatever reasons they want lol

It depends on if you are breaking Email Spam Laws or just breaking a Company ToS.
Dependant on the activity, you could be sued by individuals or companies or prosecuted by the authorities in your country or abroad.
It is impossible to advise you fully as I am not a lawyer.
The vast majority of times people just get their accounts banned and no further action is taken.

I work for Google and always have calls from people being spammed. There are no laws against it (we have to advise that). People can block it or blacklist senders.

Unless email contents are somewhat bound to illegal activities, it may just end up in the populated spam folder

Don't worry, I had letters sent from Facebook lawyers regarding some of the services I used to offer... Nothing happened, in your case there is not even a reason to worry
