Can you get in trouble if...

Let's say I was gonna post a shitload of ads on CL and I got the content for the ads from another classified website so that I would have unique content for each ad. Then inside the "real looking ad" would be a related affiliate offer. It would be sort of flying under the radar of those pesky CL Hall Monitors. I've seen another guy do this but before I try it I am wondering if you can get in trouble for using someone elses pictures and verbage. What do ya think? Dumb idea?

Well yeah it's illegal to steal the intellectual property of someone else.

That said I don't think people would mind if you steal their ads. (At least the chance of getting caught should be small)

It is actually a pretty common practice for marketeers to steal other marketeers ads. Or so I heard.

But why stop there, make their ads even better!
