1 upvote won't hurt, however if you keep continuously upvoting stuff, reddit can track it and ban you,

Just follow the forum's rules and avoid any activity that could be seen as coordinated or artificial voting. If it's genuine upvote on content you found useful one vote alone shouldn't normally be an issue.

Whats 1 vote going to do in the sceheme of things ? lol You should have 1 account only, so this should be impossible. Basically if you can't get upvotes for your posts the issue is your not creative enough. Try something original, and in line with what is already there, so it fits in, and stands out at the same time.
