Can you fund a VCC PayPal with the VCC?

Can you fund a VCC verified PayPal with the VCC it was verified with? If so, how can I do this? I do not want to send money from personal PP to this one for obvious reasons.

You cannot fund PayPal at all. Many people think that way. PayPal service is to receive or send money.

If you have a VCC linked to your PayPal account, yes you can send money from it.
When you try to send money or make payment paypal gives you option to select your funding options (paypal balance, your card, bank account). You select the card option
and then the VCC you want to pay with.
