I need a system or script in which there are multilevel membership system like 1 month,2 month and yearly. When subscriber logged in or paid the desired package fees they will be redirected to the main downloads are they can download all content.

e.g.No per download fee.

Is this system already available on internet or i have to make it for my own ?

I am using Wordpress .

Wordpress or what? If you're running something custom, you'll probably have to pay a developer.

I would suggest aMember Pro: http://www.amember.com/

It is not cheap but I have been told it works very good and has a lot of features.
Also, can be easily integrated with WordPress and vBulletin.

I tried amember pro but i like to be everything on wordpress rather than logging into another system and set up everything and again come back to wordpress. Its a great script but its heavy for me.

amember pro is a pain system for me. Lots of option that makes me confuse, so winner is wpmudev membership.
