Can you evaluate Niche Keyword?

Hello, I'm new to finding Niche Keywords. How would you rate this Nich Keyword?


TBM: $170 It looks like it, but I'm not so sure.
Monthly Search Volume: 5.8K

It is not easy to know with a semrush image, you have to see the kw if there are competing SEOs in the serp, backlinks, etc.

What do you think?

Just based on the information you've given me, there's really not enough information to make a judgment call.

You didn't mention the keyword variations because for me to understand, you have to actually read what the variations are.

Sure, the CPC is $231, but I want to know what I can compare this keyword to.

You need to know what the exact keyword variations are and what the related keywords are.

You would also have to click through the related keywords and see the sites' profiles that they pull up.

There's not enough information to make a call, and chances are, given the numbers, it's easy to jump in with both feet and spend a lot of money and effort building up content or even a minisite targeting this keyword only to end up with a whole lot of nothing.

If I showed you a picture of a girl's tits, and asked you what you thought of the girl? would you be able to answer the question properly? - No you wouldn't. How do you know the girl doesn't have a penis? OR how do you know what she looks like, sounds like, talks like etc. This is exactly what you are doing right now, showing us some tits.
