I've running them successfully but there didn't came out profitable this clicks i got were costlier then i expected

I don't think you were allowed to run that on Fb Ads. But if you know how to cloak, you can be successful with that. As for the costs, it depends on your fanpage rating.

If you're asking if the affiliate network will allow it, better to ask them, if it doesn't explicitly say on the offer.

I know a guy who runs them without a cloaker or any other spy tools for that matter and yes sweepstakes with fb ads and he's literally killing it

if your cpa offer says social ads available you can do them , but fb will block your ad account if you directly land on the offer page, you need a bridge page or LP from where you take to the offer page.
