Can you create telegram account using LDPlayer?

Hey guys,
Just a questions, everytime I try to create an account on LDPlayer, i get the error that says we've sent the code to the Telegram app for (PHONE NUMBER) on your other device. Howver, there is no other device.

BEFORE anyone says the number is used/recycle, it is not, it works fine and sends the sms to sign up on my real mobile device, using the same phone number and same ip that the emulater used to get this error...

any ideas?
