This site doesn't let you use mail.com.

You need a phone number to create a yahoo account but they will allow that email. Same thing with hotmail.

I am going to use their site to promote a different site. I doubt they want to let me make an account there.

Try yandex. It has worked for me.

try gmx.co.uk. I used it to sign up one second ago so it DEFINITELY works.
