I doubt so.
It's a misconception that you can just create a product and it gets listed in Clickbank right away.
I remember my brother mentioned that Clickbank would first require you to pay the $49.95 activation fee or something. It then gets queued for review, which can take several business days. If you're a Clickbank platinum member, there's a special high-priority queue that gets your product reviewed within 1 business day (or your designated affiliate manager will do it for you).
During product review, they will screen through your product and landing page, and to ensure your payment link, flow page (or something... for upselling), and download page are working. Any unsubstantiated claims (especially when it comes to health products) will be flagged and a representative will get back to you to remove it, provide references, explanation, and so forth. However, since you mention about unethical ideas it could get your product disapproved through the review process. Though I can't be certain, I heard they're more lenient if you're a platinum member. That's why you see strange top-selling products that make ridiculous claims or that it cures life-threatening diseases (diabetes, .etc).
