I can cook anything which has chicken included in the recipe but I rather prefer to get a pizza, pasta or macaroni everyday. :)

I do bulk cooking because it works out so much cheaper than buying from the supermarket.

I have a giant catering sized pan, needs to go over 2 hobs it's so big, I buy a 10 kilo sack of onions from the Asian supermarket (£3.50 instead of £1.20 for 3 onions at the main supermarkets), and a 25 kilo sack of potatoes (about £6 compared to what - £1.50 per kilo at the main supermarkets) giant catering sized tins of chopped tomatoes instead of the regular sized ones, and then get 5 to 10 kilos of minced beef from the local butcher.

Cook up the onions, tomato & beef into a meat sauce and then bag it up and freeze it in portions, it can be used as the base for chilli, lasagne, spaghetti, hot pot, shepherds pie, cottage pie, etc, etc, etc - just add whatever you want to it when you cook a portion.

I also bulk cook curry, giant pot of chicken potato and spinach madras.

Both of these work out to about 60p to 70p (about a $1) per portion, and the great thing is you end up not having to cook from scratch each night, just grab a bag out the freezer in the morning, leave it to defrost, then stick it in a pan.

You can even cook up the potatoes and freeze them as mash, etc so nothing is wasted.

I can cook pretty much anything. I cook often and I like it. It might not look like the manliest thing to do but I think everyone should be able to take care of himself and not depend on parents/girlfriend/wife/some random restaurant to prepare a meal for you. Also eating frozen microwave pizza and chinese soup is not a good alternative.

We on the same spot Bro.. Cheers. I can cook just as you mentioned and some few more like biscuits, and not to forget, I better make my own pizza at home, than go buy in the streets. I can eat and save a ton.

I can cook just about everything. I like to make up new recipes in my head(great for IM!) as I'm making a dish. I add things I want to taste and that I think would go well.

However, lately. I have been juicing everything I eat.

I'm much healthier because of this too.
