Can you cloak video advertisements

Hello I'm curious if it's possible to cloak video advertisements so they get approved and run without any issues?

I run mostly whitehat (~98%+ of the time) is the thing but I guess it's normal to get some ad rejections.

Or if there are any services that specialize in editing the video or doing anything to it so it can run smoothly without affecting its performance much?

I think my results would increase by a lot if there was a way around this.

I guess the point here would be cloaking the URL destination, not the video itself.
But I might be wrong, I'd like to here something from experts in this matter as well

no , and never !

first keep in mind, you cant clock the video , cloaking itself mean doing redirection when user click on the links ( now the link clicks are two type ) 1. Direct link 2. Showing pictures .

so overall you can cloack the video.

Yeah just insert a middleman so instead of your video linking to A you link to middleman which does t he "cloaking" and it decides on whether to send your user to A or B or wherever
