First : really hard to read that.
Second : there is no way you are going to get a professional & talented programmer to do all this at this price but good luck.

I suggest the OP break down the project to 12-13 components based on the (confusing) details displayed, and check Fiverr or ODesk to see if people can be found who will do each part in the form of 12-13 micro gigs. Then the whole job could somehow be done for $65.

I don't think that there is someone that would even bother reading your post for 65$.
