Can you be sued for using impersonations in ad?

One of my clients used a Donald Trump impression in a Facebook video ad. I know he won't get sued for that specifically but it got me thinking...

Is there any history of someone being sued for commercially using a celebrity's impersonated voice?

It depends on the person who is being impersonated but if he decides to go after it, he should win because monetary gain is involved here.

You can be sued for literally anything. Whether or not the charges stick for compensation is
a whole different subject. There's fair use laws and it depends on your location. Hollywood, Amazon, Apple,
Disney, and a few others have been known to be sue happy.

Example: Tom Cruise is famous for frivolous lawsuits.

All true. I was just wondering if someone knew about a specific example where someone was sued for this.
