Can you automate every process of dropshipping except customer support?

I read that you can automate everything in dropshipping except customer support, how is that possible? what softwares do you use?

can the software relist when price change or remove list when the product is out of stock?
can you automate a message to the supplier about how you want your package to be?
can the software post thousand of listings on it's own with your prefered price?
can the software really find profitable trades?

These days with Robotic Process Automation you can automate pretty much anything done on a computer. Even the customer support can be automated to a certain degree using natural language processing and chat bots.
If the trades you speak about have specific rules to follow then yes, you can absolutely automate it. If you rely on your own judgement about what is a good price and when to trade, this gets a bit more difficult to automate
