Can you access Alex Host?

I have a really weird problem:
- I can't access their site
- I can't access my website hosted on their VPS

Yet "Is it down right now" says both services are online. How is this possible?

I don't know about your site, but their website is working fine. In such a case, you should check with 3rd party tools to confirm whether the site is down for you or for everyone. If it's just you, then we can identify the problem.

either your VPS is the problem, or - if you're using the Brave browser - Brave is the problem (sometimes, it blocks sites for me, too, out of the blue)

a node near my home connection was down that's why I couldn't reach both sites and others
