Can websites see the past IP addresses you have used?
If i use IP #1 to warm cookies on a anti-detect browser profile, then switch to IP #2 and go on Etsy website, can Etsy see this IP #1?

So even if I never directly access Etsy when using this proxy IP, you think there is a way for them to see I have used it on that browser?
 
Websites can track your session information, which may include the IP address you used during that session. This information typically expires after a certain period or when you log out or close your browser.
 
They can track whatever IP you use when you load their pixel or cookies
 
I think you should attach 1 proxy to 1 profile on antidetect browser (hidemyacc or multilogin)
If you use a rotating proxy, you must turn off that browser profile, request the proxy and then open the profile
 
So answer in “NO” if you cleaned your cookies. Sites can get your “Canvas Fingerprint”, but most Antidetect browsers can randomize it too.
