Can we use same PayPal account with multiple Facebook Ads account?

I just want to ask, can we use same PayPal account with multiple Facebook Ads account?
I've been using this A FB ads account with my D PayPal account,
Then, I try to create another B FB ads account and try to verify with the same D PayPal account.
After that, I try again to create another one C FB ads account and verified with the same D PayPal account.

All the FB ads account is working and can run an ads smoothly.
My question is, is this is legal? Can we do that without getting banned by Facebook?

Why you are doing this? Having double account with same details is against their TOS. If you do that because of bonuses... Then you are doing bonus abusing which is illegal.

In any way, earlier or later your accounts will be banned.

I can assure you that your FB ads accounts with get banned if you use the same paypal or any of the same CC / contact info in them. sooner or later it will happen, so its best just to use completely different entities - unless you want to burn through them quick.
