Can we use Ebay to do guarantee transtactions?

Hello, folks
I want hire a man to write a article for me, but when start to cooperate and trust each other, if there is a way to do guarantee transactions? Ebay came to my mind, if we can use ebay to do so?

If It's only a few bucks, just go for it and build the trust up. If they mess around, create a Shitlist thread and they'll be banned. if they aren't on BHW, I'd just find someone on here.
Paypal will cover you if you specify what you're buying when paying. Besides, would you not just pay 'after' getting the article?
