Can we still create google account without creating gmail?

For example, say we have email from yopmail or yahoo

Can that be done? Making gmail now is tough and I bought from people and they are all garbage.

I'm sure you need gmail for most Google services. Although my Adesene works with Hotmail, so who knows...

Why it is hard?? It only takes 2 minutes to create a gmail account for me.

yes you can use google services with hotmail email etc.

I am talking about creating thousands of blogspots. If you go to blogspot and you want to sign up you have to create google account and that seems to include gmails.

Anyway, which one is the cheapest now? Gmail, hotmail, or yahoo
