Can we steal/hijack a websites traffic?

So, I saw this WSO [319251] (cant post link yet) it says how you can steal traffic from websites like Amazon but you have to use a short url and then basically drive traffic to it. So really you are just adding a pop up to the url and then shrinking it. But it gave me the idea if we could insert a website url into a magic software and that software or w/e will then go and put a pop up ad or some type of hover ad onto the website and then we get massive free traffic :eek:

Is there anything like that? Or can that be done? I mean how awesome would it be to have a little pop up squeeze page with a free offer and THEN YOU BUILD YOUR LIST OF 1 MILLION!...In like a day.

Thank god there is no "magic software" that does this. The Internet would be chaos. You could use SQL injection but there's nothing magic about it.
