can we promote photos on ppd networks?

i get that zipping files with a password and uploading password.txt on ppd, but still, some people aint smart enought to understand all this shit, can we do it the right way?
I still do not understand the reason why putting a password for a zip file when you already got paid after the surfer downloaded it. I mean: ppl download the file, you get paid for it, so why need a password to bother the downloaders instead of just simply giving the content away withouth any burden? I guess I'm missing some point.
There's this thing called DMCA and some ppd networks are against it just like they are against porn,abusive etc content being uploaded on their servers.
So what blackhatter does what a blackhatter has to do.
