Most CPA companies don't allow you to post on CL, it's against their TOS. If you do it then make sure you hide or cloak the referer.
Look at the erotic services section, if they can do that then...
As long as it's not off the wall illegal.
By the way, carefully plan your CL campaigns.
Freebies offered like that will be flagged quick or will never see a return do to the fact that most on CL have seen plenty of crap pitches come their way and can sniff out the junk pretty quick.

ive had some decent results with freebie email submits on craigslist , Restaurant gift cards did particularly well, But i did have problems with flaggers, but i did manage 150 a day, i was using an autoposter.
Remember to double meta refresh to hide referer, also most of these leads will not follow though, so plan on being asked to stop promoting the offers after a month or two. Back then there was tons of email submits, i dont know about now though

Use a simple referrer cloaker script which will hide referrer and redirect to your cpa offer
