Here's a solution from what I can see:
1) Setup a proxy server on your home computer (make it connect via port 80).
2) Register a name with dyndns.com.
3) Setup your home computer to automatically update with dyndns software whenever your ip changes.
4) Make sure you forward the port through your router.
5) Start sticking it to the man.
