Can we login amazon seller account from 2 different counties?

Hi, i want to create an amazon seller account with my friend, we are in different countries. I will set up account and advertisements, and he will spend time with shippins in usa. But I wanna register account in his name. Is there any risk with this? thank you

I don't know if I get it right, but in case your friend is from the US and let's think that you're from India. If he is responsible for all product shipments and preparation, so it's all ok to make an account in his name.

Now i am in greece, he is in usa, oh then we can login in one seller accoun at the same time. Thank you so much.
